I'll be in hatred if I return to my assassin as a DPS ever again. Deception wasn't even OP after 3.0. A bit after 4.0, they nerfed their burst a fair amount. I think Deception's overall damage is fine, but they do need some QoL changes to make it more how it used to be, around the ~2.10 era.
